What’s needed is transformation,
You might react and say: What, wait a minute, how can that be, that’s not right!!
But what about those feeling fine, no sign of any problem, okay diet, good physical.
Then all of a sudden wham-bam heart attack, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s or dementia.

“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity” (WHO World Health Organization).
A physical exam, doctor’s good/excellent health means you don’t have any disease or something you might die from. You are “within the normal limits” as my doctor said to me.
But that doesn’t necessarily mean you are healthy; on a proper diet, eating and drinking correctly; getting the nutrition and vitamins, minerals, nutrients your health and body needs, requires. And that’s not including sleep and exercise!
“A body with suboptimal levels of vitamins and minerals is like a building constructed with poor materials: it doesn’t work well and eventually will fall apart” (Heather Moday, MD).

So How do you know what state/condition your health, wellness is in, and any changes or improvements that are needed, required?
It’s with a HEALTH, NUTRITION, DIET ASSESSMENT like this:
1 What is your BODY LIKE? Take a close look all over, head to toe and sideways.
What are you seeing, are you overweight at all, anywhere?
2 What is YOUR DIET, what you’re eating and drinking? How does it make you feel—physically, emotionally and mentally?
Would you want your children or loved ones to diet, eat and drink like you do? Is it a fine example or role model?
3 Track and know, understand exactly What you are EATING AND DRINKING, and What PROTEIN, CARBS, SUGAR, FAT, CALORIES you are consuming using a Food Diary (Food-diary vertex) for at least a week or two. It’s quite eye-opening or a mind-blower.
4 For the BASICS, FUNDAMENTALS OF HEALTH, WELLNESS, do you for example:
A Exercise on a regular consistent basis every two or three days?
B Get 7-8 hours of sleep on a regular, consistent basis?
C Drink at least 6-8 8 oz. glasses of water a day?
D Take vitamins, supplements on a regular, consistent basis?
E Eat a fresh salad daily or every other day?
F Eat fresh fruit daily or every other day?
5 What is your ALKALINE ACIDIC BALANCE like? (“A predominantly alkaline-forming diet Is essential to the maintenance of sustained health.”)
A Learn about and study an alkaline acidic food chart (https://tinyurl.com/aabalance) and then assess how alkaline, acidic or balanced your eating and drinking is. It’s likely to be too acidic and surprise, even shock you but know you are not alone.
